Evaluation of the ILO/ UNFPA assisted Family Welfare Phase –II Project, Implemented by Employers Federation of India

Vimarsh did this project for Population Council of India with an objective to examine issues like the extent to which the facilities created by projects were providing family welfare and population education to target group, and to find draw backs in service delivery. For the evaluation process the respondents category which was selected were those who were likely to be exposed to the entire project activities and its benefits since its inception. Information about project activities was also collected from concentrated residential areas of laborers. Apart from this, in each state interview of management as well as union leaders were also conducted. This led to further analysis of the data and presentation of the study in a consolidated report.
