| Narrative Description of Project | Vimarsh was the technical support agency to the apex organization-National Council for Applied Economic Research (NCAER) for the design, pre-test, training, implementation, data entry and analysis phases of the first ever National Evaluation of ICDS. Vimarsh supported NCAER in this evaluation since its pre-testing and pilot stages. The first round covered 60,000 Anganwadi centres and 180,000 households in 4000 blocks in all the States of the country |
