Haseen Lamhe Radio Programme- Impact Assessment

Vimarsh in consultation with Ministry of Health and Family welfare did an impact assessment of a radio progarmme “Haseen Lamhe”. The objective of the program was to educate about population control. The programme was aired in four states of the country namely Orissa, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. The impact was also done in all these four states. As far as the study is concerned 8 districts were selected from each study state and 24 villages and eight urban slums were selected to gauge the impact of the programme. Data collection was done through administration of schedule A and schedule B. Data collected was thus processed, analysed and interpreted and was submitted in the form of a report to the ministry.
